DocWorks® is a state of the art web based service, available as a hosted service offering, or for Purchase.
Purchase orders are faxed in by our client's customers. DocWorks®.picks up the PO from a 3rd party service or your fax server and extracts the data from it. Once the data is extracted it is compared to a product list and a customer list to ensure that the OCR capture was 100% correct. Any documents that aren't read perfectly will be sent to a correction queue where the PO can be reviewed and submitted as an order.
DocWorks® charges a small per order fee for this service.
