DocWorks® was designed to meet the requirement of many businesses. However, business operations often demand customized features or reports; and the DocWorks® consulting team is available.

A cost effective service available from DocWorks® is the on-site business process analysis . This service provides a professional analysis and mapping of the business processes; and specific recommendations on improving the flow of documents and data in the business. Should the client become a customer of DocWorks®, the analysis costs are credited to the costs of the DocWorks® service.

Classroom Training session are offered, and hosted at our Illinois training center in Schaumburg , Il. , a short ride from O'Hare International Airport. Instruction is provided by experienced application users, and can be customized to specific organizations.

On-site training is offered to new accounts, and typically is part of our initial offering to new customers. Additional on-site training is available to accommodate employee requests. Customized training sessions on scanning, template development, and other applications of DocWorks® are available on-site as well. A "train-the-trainer" approach for on-site training allows customers to develop their own expertise with DocWorks®, and train additional employees to use the DocWorks® solutions; resulting in savings to the customer.

Web-hosted Training is available when requested, since DocWorks® was developed as a web based application. Saving of travel costs, using familiar computers, and competent instructors provide a great learning environment.
